“The team found the Kirton-Adaption exercise to be engaging and thought provoking. It affirmed and recognised the teams rich diversity and resource and offered a theoretical understanding of how people work together effectively and how innovation and adaption feature in change.”

“Rob is insightful, creative and adds real value. He helped everyone on the team learn about themselves, their interaction styles and how they could grow and develop to be better communicators and team players.”

“The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the Creative Thinking Course. The team were so enthused by what they were learning on the course and, importantly, how it can be applied practically and relatively simply. A few weeks on and the team are still referring to how much they enjoyed and benefited and from the course. Highly recommended.”

His work is always underpinned by a very strong sense of the objectives and motivations of others and maintains high professional standards and integrity in working with others.”
Not sure which route is right for you?
Choose Explorer if you want to work independently and at your own pace. Choose Navigator if you have a live challenge and want expert guidance, peer input and a structure to keep you moving. Choose Expedition if several people need to work on a shared organisational priority and you want a private, tailored programme.
Yes. If you want to focus on one specific area, you can buy an individual Innovation Compass course rather than the full Explorer route.
Not for Explorer or an individual course, although you’ll get much more from them if you actually apply them to your work. For Navigator and Expedition, yes – you’ll get most value by applying the learning to a real opportunity, problem or challenge. It does not need to be fully defined; part of the process is working out what is really worth solving.
Both. Explorer is designed for people who want to learn independently. Navigator is for individuals who want guided support around a live challenge, or for small teams in one organisation who want to be part of a group. Expedition is for teams and organisations that need to work together on shared priorities.
